Marshall and Gunter head to Panera for a casual dinner and stumble across a newspaper with an advice column. This week’s lucky subject is “Kyle,” who’s trying to figure out how to transition from remote work back to the office. Naturally, Marshall has thoughts about the recommendations—and they’re not exactly HR-approved.

From there, the conversation wanders (as it always does). Marshall rants about women wearing sleeveless shirts at work, Gunter takes aim at athleisure offenders, and Marshall coins a brand-new term that Gunter immediately hates.
